The past couple of months have been a fascinating experience. With the second lockdown taking place in October 2020, we had no other option but to clear out the garage and start serving take-away food from there.
This turned out to be a great success! Not only was this a good way to spend the quiet lockdown period and still be able to cook, it got me thinking about cooking and my future in general.
And so we begin the new year with a renovation of the shed, to make cooking and working there more efficient, and of course to be able to run a better shop. We might do some take-away Saturday’s before the whole project is finished, because it’s never really finished right?
